Why is the Live Viewing not supported in my account?

1. Firstly, if the Live Viewing is not supported check if you have the latest version of the program installed on the PC. If not, update the program on the PC.

2. If you have the latest version of the program, try to refresh the page with ctrl+F5 to activate the Live Viewing.
