Employee Monitoring Compliance

Spyrix does not verify whether an employer has the legal right to monitor a specific device.

Permitted Use

The software is intended only for monitoring:

your own minor children
employees on company-owned devices, in accordance with applicable law.

The software must not be used to monitor any individual without his or her consent. This restriction also applies to spouses, partners, and any other adult.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Spyrix be liable for any loss of data or any damages of any kind - financial, physical, emotional, or otherwise - that may arise from the use or misuse of the software.

It is illegal to install monitoring software on a computer you do not own or do not have explicit authorization to monitor. Spyrix cannot be held responsible for malicious or unlawful use of the software.

International Use Warning

Monitoring laws differ across countries. In many jurisdictions - including the EU and UK - employee monitoring requires:

a lawful basis for data processing
a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA)
advance written notice to employees

Users are solely responsible for determining whether monitoring is lawful in their country or region.

Spyrix strictly prohibits installation on a spouse's or partner's device.
